Letters from the edge

I've been off the internet for the better part of the week, spending
more time with my nose in the books and pushing my way through the
difficult chapters a few more times trying to solidify my grasp on
some crucial concepts. I'm going to probably break my radio silence on
sundays to send in a quick post like this from the blackberry.

Things are going along decently well, stress is pretty heavy right
now, and I'm not doing as well as I should be at managing it these
days. Fortunately the class thing is improving through the repeated
application of distress. Maybe I need a dog.
