After today, I am going to begin posting weekly round ups of this project. There is not much change to report from day to day any more. Progress is steady and I have never had much to report outside of the typical beating my goal by a few dozen or a hundred or so calories. While personally it is encouraging, it makes for poor blog fodder.
Day 13 was another good day, and I feel pretty good about out the progress that I am making. There has been a visible change in the way that my abs sit, the shape of my arms and the fit of my clothes. I am a couple notches down on my belt... I just bought it a few months ago and now I may need a new one.
Today will be day 14, workout 10 and the halfway mark. The game is ratcheting up the intensity. I expect to be pushed again, but I also expect that I will still rise to the occasion and out pace the calorie projections.
